We typically represent our clients based on a Licensing Agent arrangement, which offers you upside potential for increased sales with very little risk or cost. Our services include working to expand your distribution through international licensing and distribution agreements, strategic marketing assistance, brand management and the development of product extensions, as well as contract negotiation, writing and enforcement.  We also attend the most important trade shows and meet with customers throughout the year to pitch our client’s products. In many instances, a licensee would purchase products from you, increasing your economies of scale, and providing you with an additional revenue stream above and beyond the royalty income stream.
