NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT
This Non-Disclosure Agreement (“Agreement”) is made and effective _____________________, by and between Anjar Co. LLC / Becker Associates LLC ("Owner") and _________________________________________________ _____________________________ ("Recipient").
Owner proposes to disclose certain of its confidential and proprietary information (“Confidential Information”) to Recipient. Confidential Information shall include all data, products, production information, slogans, trademarks and other materials communicated orally or submitted in writing to Recipient by Owner relating to the Item. Recipient agrees that the Confidential Information is to be considered confidential and proprietary to Owner and Recipient shall hold the same in confidence and shall not use the Confidential Information except with the specific prior written consent of Owner. This Agreement shall be interpreted in accordance with Connecticut Law.
