NEW 2019!
BATTLE DOME
A video celebrating the Imperial Age featuring the YouTube star HIKAKIN is now live at the following links:

BACKGROUND
SoftBank Mobile (who created campaigns featuring Brad Pitt, Cameron Diaz, and Justin Bieber*), created an online video as an homage to the current Heisei Imperial Era which officially comes to a close April 30th, 2019.The creative concept is as follows:
If social media had been around in the early days of Heisei (which started in 1989), what would a Japanese YouTube star have shared with the rest of the world? With a parody of the famous Japanese graduation song, “Memory Album” (which makes people reminisce about their school days gone past), this video shows Hikaru Kaihotsu (better known by his YouTuber name
Hikakin”*) reminiscing about life and events during the Heisei era, ending with a message about looking forward to the next era. The video itself is 2 minutes and 30 seconds in length, features Battle Dome being played by Hikakin and three of his friends.
